Exercise Of Site Construction Supervision: Reconstruction Of Educational Production Hall #2 From Building 5 /Building With Identifier 14218.514.5.2/ Of Tu-Gabrovo Into A Teaching And Scientific Research Laboratory For Eco And Energy Saving Technologies – Digitalization Of Technological Processes, Under The Project National Roadmap For Scientific Infrastructure 2020-2027 /Npkni/, According To Agreement No. D01-272/17.12.2025 With The Ministry Of Education And Science /Mes/ Period For Implementation Of The Order - The Contract Enters Into Force From The Date Of Its Signing And Until The Certificate For Putting The Site Into Operation Is Issued, But No Later Than 30.11.2026. The Contractor Will Begin To Exercise The Functions Of Construction Supervision Of The Site, After Receiving A Letter Of Assignment From The Employer For The Date Of Drawing Up And Signing The Protocol For Opening A Construction Site And Determining The Construction Line And Level (Model 2 And/Or 2A) Until The Site Is Put Into Operation. The Contractor Will Exercise The Functions Of The Sites Safety And Health Coordinator From The Certification Of The Order Book To The Signing Of The Constitutive Act No. 15 (No Comments). The Deadline For Drawing Up A Final Report, Including Drawing Up A Technical Passport, Is Up To 7 Working Days, After The Signing Of The Constituent Act No. 15 And The Presentation By The Contracting Authority Of All The Necessary Opinions From The Specialized Control Bodies. The Contractor Will Assist In Putting The Construction Into Operation.
