The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Selection Of A Contractor For The Manufacture And Delivery Of Uniform Clothing (Also Referred To In The Documentation As Goods, Products Or Products) For The Needs Of The Medical University Prof. Dr. Paraskev Stoyanov - Varna, According To The Attached Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1) And Includes: Development Of A Design Project For The Products Under Item 1 ÷ Item 5 Incl. From The Technical Specification; After Approval Of The Project, Specifying The Number And Numbering Of The Products Under Item 1 ÷ Item 5 Incl. From The Technical Specification - By Standard Or Individually (If Necessary) On The Territory Of The Contracting Authority In The City Of Varna; Carrying Out At Least One Sample During The Production Of The Products Under Item 1 ÷ Item 5 Incl. From The Technical Specification, On The Territory Of The Contracting Authority In The City Of Varna; Production Of Requested Quantities Of Uniform Clothing And Implementation Of Personalization. Personalization In This Public Procurement Should Be Understood As Visualization Of Images On The Goods Using Different Technologies - Embroidery Or Screen Printing, According To The Contractors Proposal. Delivery Of The Requested Quantities Of Uniform Clothing. Nature And Quantity Of The Activities Performed: Production And Delivery Of 539 Pieces Of 8 Types Of Goods, According To The Attached Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1). The Quantities Indicated In The Technical Specification Are Estimated, For 12 Months, And Will Serve To Evaluate The Offers. Requesting The Type And Quantity Of Goods Is Determined By The Contracting Authority Depending On Its Specific Needs And Financial Security. The Contracting Authority Is Not Bound By The Obligation To Exhaust The Stated Maximum Allowable Value And Volume Of The Contract, And Reserves The Right To Order More And/Or Less Than The Estimated Quantities, Including To Declare Products That Are Not Included In The Technical Specification, Under The Conditions Described In The Invitation, Item 5 - Option At Award. The Estimated Value Of This Public Procurement Is Eur 20,451.67 Excluding Vat, Which Includes: - Total Value For Products Included In The Technical Specification - 19,429.10 Euros Without Vat; - Total Value For Products Not Included In The Technical Specification (Option) – Eur 1,022.57 Excluding Vat. Time For Production And Delivery: No Longer Than 45 Working Days From The Date Of Submission Of A Request By The Contracting Authority Or From The Date Of Signing Of A Bilateral Protocol For Taken Individual Measurements Of Persons Specified By The Contracting Authority For The Products Under Item 1 ÷ Item 5 Incl. From The Technical Specification (Appendix #1) When Necessary. Each Delivered Item Should Have A Label Stating The Fabric Composition, Size/Height, Treatment Mark (Dry Clean/Wash) And Logo (Where Applicable). Upon Delivery, The Products Under Item 1 ÷ Item 5 Incl. From The Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1) Should Be Placed On Hangers And In Polyethylene Envelopes, Labeled With The Name And Surname Of The Person For Whom They Are Intended, And The Remaining Items From The Technical Specification Should Be Delivered In Plastic Bags.
