The Subject Of The Order Is The Ongoing Repair And Maintenance Of The Existing Asphalt Pavement In The Schoolyard Of Konstantin Petkanov Secondary School, Burgas, With The Aim Of Restoring And Improving The Operational Condition Of The Existing Asphalt Pavement, Ensuring Safe And Comfortable Movement In The Yard Space And Improving The Drainage And Flatness Of The Pavement. The Scope Of The Order Provides For The Necessary Preparatory, Basic And Finishing Works, Including Cutting And Milling Of Existing Asphalt Pavement, Removal Of Milled Material, Surface Cleaning And Blowing Of The Base, Laying Of Bitumen Emulsion On Old Asphalt Pavement, Delivery And Machine Laying Of Dense Asphalt Concrete, As Well As Compaction Of The Laid Asphalt Mixture. It Is Also Planned To Raise And Level Existing Covers Of Inspection Shafts To The Level Of The New Pavement, Form The Connections To Existing Pavements, Edges And Joints, As Well As Clean Up The Construction Site After The Completion Of The Works. The Place Of Performance Is The Yard Of Konstantin Petkanov University, Burgas, G.K. Copper Mine /Schoolyard Area/. The Deadline For Implementation Is According To The Participants Technical Proposal, In A Whole Number Of Calendar Days, But Not More Than 30 (Thirty) Calendar Days. The Performance Contract Is Concluded In Accordance With Art. 114 Of The Zop, Without Secured Financing At The Moment Of The Opening Of The Order/Conclusion Of The Contract, Subject To A Condition And With Deferred Execution.
