Soci-Cultural Animation Program Service For The Elderly In The Municipality Of Esplugues De Llobregat.The Sociocultural Animation Program For The Elderly, Is A Consolidated Program In The Municipality Of Esplugues De Llobregat For 20 Years. It Is A Comprehensive Program Of Revitalization And Preventive Activities That Is Defined As A Diverse Set Of Cultural, Recreational And Health Promotion Activities Aimed At The Elderly Community Of Esplugues De Llobregat. All The Activities Included In This Program Are Organized From A Preventive Perspective And To Promote The Acquisition And Maintenance Of Knowledge And Skills, As Well As Habits Healthy, Among The Elderly Collective. The Sociocultural Animation Program For The Elderly Is Aligned With The 2030 Agenda, Specifically With The Following Sustainable Development Goals: • Health And Well-Being: Ensuring A Healthy Life And Promoting Well-Being For Everyone At All Ages. • Quality Education: Ensuring An Inclusive, Equitable And Quality Education And Promoting Learning Opportunities Throughout Life For Everyone•Gender Equality: Achieving Gender Equality And Empowering All Women And Girls. Along These Lines, The Municipal Action Plan Of The Esplugues De Llobregat City Council Establishes Line 2 Services For People Throughout Life, Government Measure 2.5. New And Better Services For The Elderly. The Program Offers Several Activity Options For Senior Citizens Resident And Registered In Esplugues De Llobregat. And, They Are Framed Within These Three Axes: Permanent Training, Health Promotion And Fun And Leisure Activities, Including In A Complementary Way The Dynamism, Monitoring And Transversal Coordination Of The Intergenerational Program And Of The Municipal Homes For The Elderly. It Also Includes The Possibility Of Including A Social Intervention Technical Professional In The Event Of Obtaining The Neighborhood Plan Grant From The Generalitat. February 2026.
