Copy of Certificate of incorporation 2. Copy of Valid Annual Practicing License with the National Construction Authority in the classes specified above 3. Copy of Valid Tax Compliance Certificate 4. Copy of recent CR 12 form (Issued within the last Six 6 months from the Tender Opening Date). 5. For Bidders Bidding for PBC Tenders, at least one of the Directors of the bidding company MUST have been trained in Performance Based Road Maintenance as a Contractor (PBC) by Kenya Institute of Highways and Building Technology (KIHBT) 6. For Bidders bidding for Special Category Projects [Youth/PWD/Women] they MUST Submit Copies of Valid Registration Certificate for Access to Government Procurement Opportunities {AGPO) in the category specified in the Tender Notice. 7. Bidders shall sequentially serialize all pages of each tender submitted - A Guide Note on Serialization is outlined in the Notes below A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested tenderers from the Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA) website: www.kenha.co.ke or Public Procurement Information Portal (PPIP) website www.tenders.go.ke free of charge. Bidders are encouraged to download tender documents to minimise physical visits to the respective KeNHA Regional Offices. Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelope clearly marked with tender name, reference number and submitted to:- Regional Director Kenya National Highways Authority, Respective Regional Offices, and deposited in the Tender Box located at KeNHAs Regional Offices, so as to be received on or before, Thursday, 16th July 2026 at 11.00AM.
