Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation, Commissioning and Maintenance of Public Address (Pa) System for 5th to 13th Floor for the Proposed Head Office Building, Ministry of Health, Located at No. 106, Dudley Senanayake Mawatha, Colombo 08 Bidding documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the Accountant, Central Engineering Services (Pvt) Ltd, No 11, Jawatta Road, Colombo 05 from 09.00 hrs to 15.00 hrs. upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 8,000.00. The method of payment shall be by cash payment. Only one set of documents will be issued for one bidder. The Pre-bid meeting will be held on 02.07.2026 at 10.00 hrs in No. 106, Dudley Senanayake Mawatha, Colombo 08. Bid shall be valid for 91 days from the date of closing of bids. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of Rs. 300,000.00, which shall be valid for a period of 119 days from the date of closing of bids. Bids shall be addressed to the Chairman, Base Procurement Committee, Central Engineering Services (Pvt) Ltd, No 11, Jawatta Road, Colombo 05, and deposited in the Tender Box Provided at the above address at or before 11.00 hrs on 16.07.2026.
