Suppliers who wish to submit quotations for this purpose may obtain relevant bid documents upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 15,000/- to the Cashier of the Samurdhi Development Department and submit the receipt received to the Procurement Division. Procurement documents can be obtained from the Procurement Division of the Samurdhi Development Department on working days from 10.00 am on 26.06.2026 up to 10.00 am on 17.07.2026. 02. Bidder should submit a bid security of Rs. 625,000/- obtained from a commercial bank approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka in favour of Director General, Samurdhi Development Department along with the bid. The eligible printer shall submit a performance bond of 10% drawn from a commercial bank approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka in favour of the Director General, Samurdhi Development Department.
