Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of Asphalt Concrete Non-refundable Bid Document Fee (Rs.) Rs. 20,000.00 + VAT Value of Bid Security & Types of Bid Securities Rs. 1,500,000.00 Bid Security Issued by Bank/Construction Guarantee Fund or a refundable cash deposit or Bank draft in favour of the Municipal Commissioner. Bid document (Original & Duplicate) in English could be obtained by two methods. Method 01 - Download from the CMC website (www.colombo.mc.gov.lk). I. Non-refundable Bidding Document fee can be paid by following methods ; a) Any Peoples Bank branch to credit Peoples Bank, Town Hall Branch, Acc. No: 167-1-001-6-3169425. b) Payment counters of following Municipal premises of Colombo city limits from 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. on weekdays. > District Office 04 > Drainage & Water Supply Division No. 147, High Level Road, Maligakanda, Kirulapone, Colombo 06. Colombo 10. II. It is mandatory to attach the original receipt / slip with the Bid Document. Method 02 - Collect from Town Hall Premises. a. Bidding documents could be obtained from the office of Central Procurement Department, Colombo Municipal Council, Town Hall, Colombo 07 on submission of a written request during working days from 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. till 08/07/2026, upon payment of non-refundable Bid document fee for each Bid to the Shroff Counters of Town Hall Premises. Bid documents will not be available on the website / issued from 10.00 a.m. on 08th July 2026. Bid Securities obtained from Bank / CGF should be valid for 150 days from the date of closing bids and shall be valid till 05/12/2026.
