Tenders are invited for Medical Ward Complex - Balance Work The Proposed Medical Ward Complex of District General Hospital. Chilaw is a Six storey building (G + 5) located in the Hospital Premises. Under the Contract. the balance work of the partially completed building should be completed, and the following works to be done. 1. Balance civil works 2. Interior finishes 3. Mechanical works, including air conditioning system, medical gas system, lifts, and fire protection & detection system 4. Electrical works 5. ELV works 6. WS & D works 7. External works 8. Other necessary works as mentioned in the Bidding document Works should be carried out while functioning the hospital. The Time for Completion for the Works shall be 728 Days.
