Service Location: Nablus, Jenin, Tubas, Salfit, Tulkarm SOS Childrens Villages Palestine invites qualified and registered companies to submit technical and financial proposals for the design and delivery of a comprehensive Capacity-Building Program for Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) under the "Empowering Communities in Northern West Bank (CFE)" project. Assignment Overview The selected company will design, develop, and deliver a capacity-building program covering the following thematic areas: Positive Parenting Advanced Skills Child & Youth Safeguarding (CYS) & PSHEA Emergency Preparedness & Response Case Management The program will target partner CBOs across Jenin, Nablus, Tubas, Salfit, and Tulkarem and will be implemented from July to December 2026. Eligibility This call is open to registered companies only with demonstrated experience in: Capacity building and training Child protection and safeguarding Community development Emergency response Positive parenting Case management Proposal Submission Interested companies should submit: Company Profile Technical Proposal Financial Proposal Proposed Team Composition Two Recommendation Letters from previous clients Valid Deduction at Source Certificate.
