Tenders are invited for Photographer & Videographer Closing Date: Wednesday, 01. Jul 2026 Intervention Sector(s): Women Status & Issues Remuneration range: 1000 to 2000 (USD) Duration of Contract: 3 months Photography Capture high-quality documentary photographs of the training residency highlights and the 3 community events, covering: training and workshop sessions, participant interactions and collaborative moments, guest expert sessions, community event activities (screenings, markets, workshops, panel discussions), and behind-the-scenes production moments. Deliver a curated, edited selection of photographs suitable for use across REEFs digital platforms, social media, donor reports, and institutional communication. All photographs must be delivered in high resolution and JPEG format (see deliverables). RAW files must also be delivered as part of the final handover. Video footage and recap production Capture video footage across the 6 on-site days: training highlights, participant testimonials (short, informal), community event activities, and atmosphere footage. Produce one final 4-minute recap video, fully edited, with colour grading, music, subtitles and generique (in English). The video will tell the story of the project, its participants, its themes, and its community impact, in a way suitable for institutional communication, social media, and donor reporting. Deliver all raw rushes in addition to the final edited video. The final recap video must be delivered by end of November 2026. On-Site Days The Photographer & Videographer is required to be present on-site for a total of 6 days, to be confirmed and scheduled by REEF Association. These days will cover: Selected days from the 6-day training residency (Kobayat, Akkar July 2026) Community Event 1 Kobayat/Akkar (27 September 2026) Community Event 2 Tripoli (October 2026) Community Event 3 Hermel (October 2026) Exact dates will be confirmed by REEF Association with a minimum of 2 weeks notice. The Photographer & Videographer must confirm availability within 48 hours of receiving the schedule. REEF will cover transport to and from all on-site locations. Food and accommodation will be covered when deemed necessary by REEF and according to the requested working hours.
