The client is an investment organisation with a substantial multi-billion-dollar diversified global portfolio, spanning various markets around the globe and a strong commitment to institutional-grade governance, sustainable development, operational excellence, and delivery of high-quality commercial infrastructure assets. The clients identity will remain confidential during this preliminary stage of the procurement process. Further project information, including architectural and structural designs, will be made available to shortlisted firms at the Invitation to Tender (ITT) stage, subject to execution of appropriate confidentiality undertakings. Note: The Architectural and structural designs have been completed and will be provided at the next stage. 1. Project Overview * The Client is in the process of engaging a reputable firm to construct the proposed office development in Abuja which sits on a total land size of 6117.270 sqm consisting of the Main Building with a basement for parking and buried services, Ground floor with 5 suspended floors with central atrium and roof terrace, Gate house and Services buildings and External works with hard & soft landscaping with fountains, fence works, etc. 2. Scope of Works * The expected scope of the Project management firm will be for stage three (3) services further broken down into stage three (3A & 3B) and stage three (3C). * Stage 3A & 3B: Construction Stage Services. * Stage 3C: Completion/Handover 3. Eligibility Requirements Interested firms must demonstrate: * Proven track record and verifiable evidence as a project management firm for building construction projects of comparable scale, complexity, and institutional importance. * At least one (1) of the comparable projects submitted must have had a minimum project value of 10 billion, or its foreign currency equivalent, and must have been managed by the firm in a project management, employers representative, project controls, or client-side delivery oversight capacity. * Detailed scope of work and full eligibility requirements are available at: www.necl.ng. * All due diligence and eligibility reviews will be conducted by the client or its appointed procurement adviser.
