Written Questions May Be Submitted Via The Bonfire Portal. The Deadline To Submit Questions Is Close Of Business On Tuesday Immediately Prior To The Date Soqs Are Due. Questions Will Not Be Answered Directly And If Any Answer Is Forthcoming, It Shall Be Summarized So As To Not Reveal The Identity Of The Entity Asking And Provided To Registered Interested Parties Via Addendum, Which Shall Also Be Posted In Bonfire.
