Tel. 573 660, 575 476; upon presentation of a proof payment of a non-refundable fee of Ten thousand Rwandan Francs (10,000 Frw) deposited to Account N° 5044962-01-96 opened at I & M Bank, Rwanda. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid security of Six Million Five Hundred Thousand Rwandan Francs (6,500,000 Frw) from Bank or other financial institution recognized in Rwanda with the validity period of at least 150 days from the bids opening date.
