Tenders are invited for Auction-Integrated Sports Facility Al Marfa, Al Dhafra (Development Operate Maintenance) Bidding Opens on: 08 May 2026 Due on: 20 June 2026 Estimated Value: AED 0 - 0 Tender Details: The Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT), in collaboration with the Department of Health (DoH), hereby invites proposals from qualified and experienced entities for the development, operation, maintenance and eventual transfer of an Integrated Sports Facility (ISF) in Al Marfa, Al Dhafra (P1431). This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued as part of a competitive Auction process to identify the most capable partner to deliver a high-quality, sustainable, and community-focused sports development. The successful investor will enter into a 25-year long-term lease agreement with DMT/AAM, granting the rights to build, operate, maintain, and ultimately transfer the completed facility at the end of the lease term. Investors must demonstrate proven experience in delivering similar large-scale sports, wellness, or recreational assets, along with a strong track record in operational excellence. The project will be developed on a designated land parcel measuring approximately 5,216.84 sqm located in a strategic area within Al Marfa.
