Tenders are invited for Establishment of Retail Center and Supermarket Al Rawdah, Al Ain Bidding Opens on: 15 May 2026 Due on: 30 June 2026 Estimated Value: AED 0 - 0 Tender Details: The Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT) hereby invites proposals from qualified and experienced Investors for the Establishment of a Retail Center & Supermarket in Al Rawdah, Al Ain. This Auction is issued as part of a competitive Auction process to identify the most capable partner to deliver a high-quality, sustainable, and community-focused development. The successful investor will enter into a long-term lease contract for 25 years inclusive of construction with DMT/AAM, granting the rights to build, operate, maintain and transfer the completed Facility at the end of the lease term. Investors must demonstrate proven experience in delivering similar projects, along with a strong track record in operating such facilities. The project will be developed on a designated plot of land with a total area of 5,273.0 square meters located in a strategic area within Al Rawdah. However, the area allocated for the project implementation is 2,000 square meters only, with the possibility of expansion in the future based on demand and subject to applicable DCR requirements and mutual agreement between DMT/AAM and the investor.
