Tenders are invited for Auction-Establishment of an Automotive Service Center, Al Wathba North, Abu Dhabi Bidding Opens on: 15 May 2026 Due on: 30 June 2026 Estimated Value: AED 0 - 0 Tender Details: The Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT) hereby invites proposals from qualified and experienced Investors for the Establishment of an Automotive Service Center in Al Wathba North, Abu Dhabi. This Auction is issued as part of a competitive Auction process to identify the most capable partner to deliver a high-quality, sustainable, and community-focused development. The successful investor will enter into a long-term lease contract for 25 years inclusive of construction with DMT/ADM, granting the rights to build, operate, maintain and transfer the completed Facility at the end of the lease term. Investors must demonstrate proven experience in delivering similar projects, along with a strong track record in operating such facilities. The project will be developed on a designated plot of land with a total area of 5,629.7 square meters located in a strategic area within Al Wathba North.
