Tenders are invited for Auction-Establishment of a Neighborhood Service Center-Mini Industrial AlKhatm-Abu Dhabi Bidding Opens on: 15 May 2026 Due on: 30 June 2026 Estimated Value: AED 0 - 0 Tender Details: The Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT) hereby invites proposals from qualified and experienced Investors for the Establishment of a Neighborhood Service Center (Mini industrial) in Al Khatm, Abu Dhabi. This Auction is issued as part of a competitive Auction process to identify the most capable partner to deliver a high-quality, sustainable, and community-focused development. The successful investor will enter into a Long term lease contract for 25 years inclusive of construction with DMT/ADM, granting the rights to build, operate, maintain and transfer the completed Facility at the end of the lease term. Investors must demonstrate proven experience in delivering similar projects, along with a strong track record in operating such facilities. The project will be developed on a designated plot of land with a total area of 4,999.92 square meters located in a strategic area within Al Khatm, Abu Dhabi.
