Tenders Are Invited For Procurement Of Mikkeli Citys Gym Equipment And Tools For The Citys Gyms

The City Of Mikkeli Requests Offers For Gym Equipment And Equipment For The Citys Gyms. The Subject Of The Procurement Is The Purchase Of Gym Equipment And Equipment For The Viihdeuimala Rantakeita Gym, Which Will Be Transferred To The Citys Control, Including The Customers Option Regarding Other Gyms In The City As Well. Product Group One Includes Various Fixed Racks For Gym Use And Other Larger Gym Equipment, And Product Group Two Includes Various Loose Benches As Well As The Necessary Weights And Other Equipment. The Equipment And Tools Planned To Be Procured Are Described In More Detail In The Appendix Of The Request For Tenders, Definitions Of Gym Equipment. The Comparison Price Is Made Up Of The Offer Prices In The Appendix Fitness Equipment Specifications. The Procurement Consists Of Fully Equipping Rantakeitas Gym In Accordance With The Tender Documents. In Addition, The Purchase Includes The Subscribers Option; The Subscriber Can Purchase Additional Or Replacement Gym Equipment And/Or Equipment From The Selected Supplier For The Rantakeita Gym And Also For Other Gyms In The City Of Mikkeli During The Contract Period. The Annual Value Of Possible Additional Purchases Is Estimated To Be No More Than 15,000 Euros, And The Anticipated Total Value Of The Purchase, Taking All Options Into Account, Is Below The Eu Threshold Value For Goods Purchases (€216,000 Vat 0%). The Subscriber Can Decide Not To Exercise The Options And The Contract Does Not Constitute A Quantity Purchase Obligation For The Subscriber And/Or An Exclusive Right For The Supplier. Based On The Competition, A Procurement Contract Is Drawn Up Between The Customer And The Supplier. The Draft Contract Is Attached To The Request For Tenders. The Selection Criteria For The Tenders Is Overall Economic Affordability, Which Is Compared With The Price-Quality Ratio. The Weighting Of Price Is 50 Points And The Weighting Of Quality Is 50 Points. The Maximum Possible Comparison Points Are A Maximum Of 100 Points. The Quality Points And Their Evaluation Are Described In The Appendix Quality Evaluation And Request For Tender. The Minimum Requirements Are Described In The Annex Gym Equipment Specifications On The Common Specifications Tab And In The Request For Quotation.
