Check-In At The Hotel, Possibly Immediately After The Groups Arrival (I.E. Approx. 10:00) + Providing A Safe Space For Storing Luggage, 4. 2 Or 3 Conference Rooms (For 2 Days), Of Which: One For At Least 60 People (Fully Equipped, With Complete Audio-Video Equipment And A Laptop), 5. Providing Full Board For Conference Participants (Buffet Breakfast, Lunch And Dinner), 6. Access To Attractions In The Hotel/Area, 7. Parking Spaces (For A Coach And Min. 10 Passenger Cars.8.
