1. Subject Of The Order: Specialized Training Services For Teachers As Part Of The Young With Passion Project - V. The Tasks Are Carried Out As Part Of The Project Entitled: Young With Passion, Project No. Feld.08.08-Iz.00-0051/23-00 Entitled: Young With Passion, Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus Under The Regional Program European Funds For Łódź For Years 2021 - 2027. 2. Course For Teachers (N-Li): The Future Of Gastronomy: Kitchen Robots, Artificial Intelligence, Personalization Of Nutrition. Ethics And Social Responsibility Of Gastronomy - From Conscious Nutrition To Fair Trade. Training For 10 Teachers For 20 Hours (Spread Over Three Training Days) With The Possibility Of Increasing The Max. By 100% People. The Training Must Be Conducted In A Hotel At Least 4-Star Hotel In Łódź With A Well-Developed It Base. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide And Organize At Least Two Coffee Breaks For Participants On Each Day Of The Training, Coffee Breaks With Refreshments, I.E. Coffee From An Espresso Machine, Tea With Additives, Juices, Water With Lemon And Mint, Banquet Sandwiches 3 Pcs/Person, Mini Tortillas 3 Pcs/Person, Cheesecake 250G/Person, Apple Pie 200G/Person, Fruit 300G/Person. I.E. Grape, Pineapple, Banana, Strawberry, Etc. The Training Must Be Innovative And Respond To Current Trends And Challenges In The Catering Industry. Teachers Participation In The Course Must Allow For: • Updating Knowledge About Modern Technologies Used In Gastronomy, • Learning About The Applications Of Artificial Intelligence And Automation In Culinary Processes, • Developing Competences In The Field Of Food Personalization, • Increasing Awareness Of Ethics, Sustainable Development And Social Responsibility, • Implementing Modern Content Into The Teaching Process. The Effect Of The Training Will Be To Improve The Quality Of Students Education By Introducing Innovative Teaching Methods And Current Industry Solutions. The Training Topics Should Include At Least: • Orders And Customer Service - Intelligent Kiosks, Chatbots And Online Reservation Systems Improve The Process Of Placing Orders And Contact With Guests. • Mobile Applications In Gastronomy, Inventory Management - Algorithms Analyzing Sales Data Help Predict The Demand For Ingredients, Which Helps Reduce Food Waste. • Monitoring The Temperature And Quality Of Products - Intelligent Systems Supervising Food Storage Conditions Increase Safety Sanitary Facilities.• Menu Personalization - Restaurants Use Ai To Analyze Customer Preferences And Adapt The Offer To Their Preferences.• Optimization Of Staff Work - Work Schedules Based On The Analysis Of Customer Traffic Help To Manage The Team More Effectively.• Ai Intelligent Base Of Modern Gastronomy.• Ethics And Social Responsibility Of Gastronomy - From Conscious Nutrition To Fair Trade.
