The Assignment Includes In Any Case, But Is Not Limited To: • Developing New Stand Designs And Further Developing Existing Concepts, In Line With The Strategic Positioning Of The Client As An Employer And Knowledge Partner; • Translating Communication Objectives And Event-Specific Needs Into Functional, Spatial And Technically Feasible Stand Concepts; • Renting, Producing And/Or Manufacturing Stand Elements (For Setting Up A Presentation Space) And Graphics; • Supplying, Transporting, Assembling And Dismantling And Furnishing Stands* Or Presentation Spaces At Various Locations, Including Large Exhibition Locations, External Event Locations And Occasionally Defense Locations; • Providing All Related (Technical) Facilities, Including Structural Elements, Lighting, Audiovisual Equipment, Electricity And Water Supplies, Furniture And Decorative Elements; • Storing, Managing And Maintaining Stand Materials That Are The Property Of The Client; • Managing An Image Bank Of The Client. • Registering, Administering And Reporting On The Current Stock And Use Of Materials; • Actively Advising The Client On Optimization, Sustainability, Reuse And Cost Control During The Entire Life Cycle Of The Stand Materials; • Delivering Customized Solutions Per Event Within The Framework Of The Rok, Where Flexibility And Timely Implementation Are Essential. *) Existing Stand Designs, Further Developed Stand Designs Or Completely New Stand Designs.
