Within Vgu, The Real Estate Management Department (Vgm) Is Responsible For Real Estate Management. The Execution Of Technical Maintenance Falls Under The Technical Management Department (Tb). This Involves Carrying Out Maintenance And Supporting Work On The Swimming Pool Installations Of The Utrecht Swimming Pools. The Contractor Contributes To Safe, Reliable And Energy-Efficient Operation Of The Installations, In Accordance With Applicable Laws And Regulations. Estimate 12,000,000 Euros Over The Entire Term Of A Maximum Of 10 Years. Maximum Scope (Or: Limitation) Of The Framework Agreement: In Order To Arrive At A Realistic Maximum Contract Value, This Estimate Has Been Supplemented With A Proportional Surcharge For Uncertainties, Developments In Legislation And Regulations And Possible Changes In Maintenance Requirements During The Term. In Addition, The Possibility That An Additional Swimming Pool Location Could Be Added During The Contract Period Has Been Taken Into Account.
