The Purpose Of The Tender Is To Contract An Installation Consultant For The Development Of The Mechanical Engineering Installations And An Installation Consultant For The Development Of The Electrical Installations For The New Municipal Construction Site Of The Municipality Of Amstelveen. The Tender Is Divided Into Two Lots: - Lot 1: Installation Consultant For Mechanical Installations (W) - Lot 2: Installation Consultant For Electrical Installations (E) The Installation Consultant Is Selected For Both Lots On The Basis Of The Most Economically Advantageous Tender (Emvi), Determined On The Basis Of The Best Price-Quality Ratio. The Available Plots On The Amstelveen-Zuid Business Park (Btaz) Are Approximately 30,000 M². Of This: - 10,000 M² Is Reserved For Raw Material Processing; - 7,500 M² For The Waste Disposal Station; - 12,500 M² For The Municipal Yard. In Broad Terms, The Program Of Requirements (Pve) Requests The Following Gross Floor Areas: - Raw Materials Hall 5,000M2/Gla - Waste Disposal Station With Craft Center 4,380M2/Gla - Municipal Yard 7,030M2/Gla. A Design Agency Has Now Been Selected On The Basis Of The Pve And A Sketch Design (So) Has Been Drawn Up. The Por Will Be Made Available During The Award Phase And It Will Further Specify Which Functions And Facilities Are Required For Each Part, As Well As The So Of The Design Agency. The Total Size Of The Realization Is Currently Estimated At Approximately € 27 Million (Excl. Vat).
