If No Compliant Statement Of Capabilities Is Received By The Closing Date, Cdic Intends To Award A Contract To The Pre-Selected Supplier Named Above. The Proposed Contract Is For An Initial Term Of Three (3) Years From September 1, 2026, To August 31, 2029, With Five (5) Option Periods Of One Year, To Be Exercised At Cdic’S Sole And Absolute Discretion.
