The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Office Supplies To Judicial Units Located In The Appellate Area: Białystok, Gdańsk, Katowice, Kraków, Lublin, Łódź, Poznań, Rzeszów, Szczecin And Wrocław, As Well As The National School Of Judiciary And Public Prosecution In Kraków And The Judiciary Purchasing Center Of The Budgetary Management Institution, Jointly Referred To As The Units (List The Entities For Which The Proceedings Are Being Conducted Are Included In Appendix No. 8 To The Swz). 2. Deliveries Will Be Made In The Form Of Partial Deliveries, Based On Orders Placed By The Units, Via The Ordering Partys It System, To The E-Mail Address Provided By The Contractor. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including The Size And Scope Of The Order, Is Attached As Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Price Form. 4. Detailed Rules For Placing Orders And Carrying Out Partial Deliveries Are Specified In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz. 5. The Order Will Be Completed For A Period Of 12 Months Starting From The Date Indicated In The Declaration Submitted By The Ordering Party, Which Falls No Later Than 3 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement. 6. Based On The Ordering Partys Declaration(S), The Deadline Specified In Point 5 May Be Extended By The Time Indicated By The Ordering Party, But For A Period Not Longer Than 6 Months. 7. Special Cases And Conditions For Changing The Order Completion Date Are Specified In The Contract Template - Annex No. 5 To The Swz. 8. The Maximum Deadline For Individual Partial Deliveries Is 3 Business Days From The Date Of Placing The Order (According To The Principles Specified In The Contract Template - Annex No. 5 To The Swz).
