With A View To Greater Safety For Users And To Bring The Infrastructure Into Compliance With Regulations And To Sustainably Improve Its Reliability, The Anderlechtse Haard Is Issuing A Mixed Contract Consisting Of Two Separate But Inseparably Linked Parts: • Modernization Works, • Fully Comprehensive Maintenance Services. Both Parts Will Start Simultaneously And Must Be Carried Out Without Interruption Of Services. The Works Relate To The Supply, Installation, Connection And Commissioning Of New Lifts In Existing Buildings. The Fully Comprehensive Maintenance Service Covers: • Modernized Elevators, • Non-Modernized Elevators, • Access Doors And Means To The Car Parks. The Two Parts Of The Assignment Start On The Same Date. The Estimated Value Of The Contract, Including Any Repetition Of Similar Works And Services, Is € 6,148,850.00 Excluding Vat, And Is Broken Down As Follows: Basic Contract: Works: € 3,544,300.00 Excluding Vat; Services: € 1,274,550.00 Excluding Vat. Possible Repetition: Works: € 1,300,000.00 Excluding Vat; Services: € 30,000.00 Excluding Vat.
