Diesel Fuel (En 590) – Framework Agreement For The Supply Of Diesel, Diesel Euro 5 For 24 Months. The Object Of The Framework Agreement Is The Supply Of Diesel Euro 5 (En 590) Necessary To Supply The Car Fleet Of Transurb S.A. Galatians. The Total Estimated Quantity Is 3,250 Tons For A Period Of 24 Months. The Delivery Will Be Made Successively, Depending On The Needs Of The Contracting Authority. The Estimated Value Of The Framework Agreement Is 30,683,250 Lei Without Vat. The Value Of The Smallest Subsequent Contract Is 5,098,140 Lei Without Vat (4 Months X 135 Tons), And The Value Of The Largest Subsequent Contract Is 15,294,420 Lei Without Vat (12 Months X 135 Tons). The Contract Can Be Extended By Additional Act, According To Law 99/2016, For A Maximum Period Of 4 Months, If The Entire Quantity Of Contracted Diesel Has Not Been Ordered
