The New Replacement Building Is Located At The Entrance To The Bettwil Area And Will Contain, In Particular, A Large Lounge For The Troops, Office Space And The Guards Rooms (Lodge, Lounge, Sleeping Rooms). There Is Also A Small Annex Building/Shelter For Waste Disposal And An Id/Pd Stand With A Shoe Washing Facility. The Single-Storey Replacement Building Is Planned As A Simple, Modular Building In Timber Frame Construction, Which Must Meet The Minergie-A-Eco Requirements. The Concept Of Modular Construction (Elementary Construction) Must Be Taken Into Account During Planning And Implementation.
