The Planned Amount Of Electricity Is The Forecast Amount Provided For The Purpose Of Calculating The Offer Price By The Contractor For The Purposes Of The Ordering Partys Evaluation Of The Offers Within The Offer Evaluation Criteria. The Contractor Will Receive Remuneration For The Implementation Of The Contract, Based On The Actual Consumption Of Electricity By The Ordering Party, In The Amount Being The Product Of The Unit Price Per Mwh Declared By The Contractor And The Amount Of Electricity Consumed. The Contractor Will Not Make Any Claims For The Ordering Partys Failure To Use The Entire Planned Amount Of Electricity. The Ordering Party Guarantees Consumption At A Level Not Lower Than 60% Of The Estimated Electricity Consumption For All Ppes Combined.
