A Key Element Of This Initiative Is The Construction Of A Pan-European Hydrogen Pipeline Network In The North Sea, Which Will Connect The Main Hydrogen Producers With The Main Consumers Across The Continent. The Client Is Carrying Out The Development Of Aquaductus By Aquaductus Pipeline Gmbh, A Hydrogen Pipeline Project With A Transport Capacity Of 20 Gwh2. The Aquaductus Project Consists Of An Offshore Part In The German Exclusive Economic Zone Of The North Sea Including A Receiving Terminal On The Mainland. The Aquaductus Project Includes The Planning, Construction And Commissioning Of The Aquaductus Project Section 1 (Offshore) Including An Offshore Platform Within The Exclusive Economic Zone In The Sen-1 Area (Alternatively A Subsea Infrastructure), A Coastal Crossing And A Short Onshore Section To The Receiving Terminal, Which Includes The Newt Lock Area. In Addition To Section 1, There Is A Possible Provision Of Services From Aquaductus Project Section 2 (Offshore), Which Would Include The Collection Infrastructure At The End Of The German Exclusive Economic Zone, The Offshore Pipeline And Any Additional Equipment Required To Connect To Section 1 In The Sen-1 Area.
