The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of The Existing Installation, Including: Design, Delivery And Assembly Of Equipment For The Line For Sorting Separately Collected Waste, Together With The Performance Of Necessary Accompanying Works (Including Dismantling Of Existing Equipment), As Well As Commissioning Of Equipment And Training Of Employees Operating The Technological Line In The Field Of Operation And Maintenance. 2. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Following Elements: 1) Preparatory Works For The Implementation Of The Investment. 2) Development Of Design Documentation. 3) Delivery Of The Necessary Materials, Devices And Equipment To The Investment Site. 4) Dismantling Of Existing Technological Equipment, Including: A) Channel Conveyors; B) Sorting Cabin; C) Channel Press; D) Existing Sorting Conveyors Along With The Supporting Structure And Equipment; 5) Depositing The Dismantled Equipment In The Designated Place. Its Subsequent Development Will Be The Responsibility Of The Ordering Party. 6) Tidying Up The Delivery Area. 7) Carrying Out The Necessary Tests And Measurements. 8) Delivery, Unloading And Assembly Of Technological Equipment, Including: A) Single-Shaft Shredder For Opening Bags For Waste From Selective Collection; B) Ballistic Separator; C) Two Nir Optopneumatic Separators (Two-Part) With A Compressor Station; D) Two Sorting Cabins; E) Fe Metal Separator; F) Nfe Metal Separator; G) Channel Baling Press With Perforator; H) System Of Reversible And Channel Transport Conveyors I) Bunker Conveyors J) Sorting Conveyors K) Storage Boxes L) Ventilation/Dust Removal System Of The Sorting Installation (Modernization Of The Existing Installation); M) Supporting Structures, Platforms, Escape Ladders; N) Complete Visualization And Control System; O) A Computer Set With An Operator Station; P) Power Supply To Technological Cabinets From The Existing Facility Switchboard; Q) Power And Control Cabinets. 9) Renovation Of The Foremans Room. 10) Implementation Of Fire Protection. (Including The Ssp System). 11) Implementation Of Protective Layers And Anti-Corrosion Protection Of Steel Elements. 12) Tidying Up The Delivery Area After The Work. 13) Commissioning Of The Installation. 14) Training Of The Ordering Partys Staff In The Operation Of Technological Devices And Installations. 15) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation. 16) Preparation Of Documentation After Completion Of The Works. 3. A Detailed Description And Method Of Execution Of The Order Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), Constituting Appendix No. 1 To The Swz, And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Appendix No. 2 To The Swz. 4. Determination Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) Due To The Structure Of Investment Outlays, In Which The Value Of Supplies Of Machines And Equipment Constitutes A Significant Part Of The Total Investment, The Ordering Party Qualifies This Procedure As A Supply Order Within The Meaning Of Art. 7 Point 4 Of The Public Procurement Law.
