The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Development Of Project Documentation At The Dsp And Dps Level For The Reconstruction And Modernization Of The Indoor Swimming Pool In Neratovice. The Project Documentation Will Address In Particular: (A) The Complete Reconstruction Of The Roof Of The Building, (B) The Design Of The New Ventilation System (Vzt) Including Its Extension For The Planned Sauna World, (C) Construction Modifications Related To The Change Of The Internal Spatial Arrangement Of The Building, (D) The Design And Project Of The Sauna Operation, Including Technology, Energy Requirements, Operational Solutions, Technology Solutions Related To The Operation Of The Sauna World (E.G. Heating, Ventilation, Electrical Installation, Measurement And Regulation), (E) Building Insulation Including Replacement Of Windows. Including The Removal Of Any Other Important Thermal Bridges, (F) Design Of Other Construction Modifications Related To The New Operation Of The Building (Kitchen, Entrance System, Etc.), (G) Solutions For All Related Professions (Statics, Building Environment Technology, Electrical, Fire Safety Of Buildings, Energy, Etc.), (H) Project Documentation Of Interiors, Including Equipment. Possible Phasing Of The Project Will Be Described In The Construction Organization Plan, Which Will Be An Integral Part Of The Developed Project Documentation. The Phasing Will Be Designed So As Not To Limit The Operation Of The Swimming Pool, Especially Swimming Damage. The Complete Shutdown Of The Pool Is Possible For A Maximum Of 4 Months In The Period 06 - 09 Of The Given Year. Part Of The Subject Of Public Contract Performance Is In Particular: A) Project Documentation, Which Will Include The Following Parts: A. Updating And Specifying The Study Including The Necessary Surveys, B. Documentation For Building Permits, C. Documentation For Building Construction, B) Providing Engineering Services For The Purpose Of Obtaining Building Location Permits And Building Permits; More Detailed Information Is Given In Other Parts Of The Terms And Conditions, Respectively.
