The Concession Assignment Includes The Supply, Installation, Management And Maintenance Of Free-Standing Advertising Objects In The Public Space Of The Municipality Of Vlaardingen. In Return, The Contractor Obtains The Exclusive Right To The Commercial Exploitation Of These Objects. The Contracting Authority Offers Market Parties The Opportunity To Realize And Operate Free-Standing Advertising Objects In Public Spaces. The Assignment Includes The Supply, Installation, Management And Maintenance Of Free-Standing Advertising Objects In The Public Space Of The Municipality Of Vlaardingen, In Accordance With At Least The Following Principles: • A Maximum Of Twenty (20) Free-Standing Advertising Objects May Be Placed. • A Free-Standing Advertising Object Of Which At Least One Side Is Equipped With A Digital Screen Will Be Placed At At Least Seven (7) Locations. All Other Advertising Objects May Be Made In Both Analogue And Digital Formats.
