Railway Construction Works – New Montpellier Perpignan Line (Lnmp) - Phase 1, From Montpellier To Béziers, Design And Construction Contract. The New Line Project Between Montpellier And Perpignan (Lnmp) Consists Of Creating A Modern Rail Link (High Capacity, High Quality, High Speed) To Sustainably Respond To The Growing Demand For Mobility And The Medium And Long Term Congestion Problems Of The Only Rail Axis On The Mediterranean Coast Of The Occitanie Region. This Is A Mixed Lgv And Freight Line. It Includes 52.3 Km Of Current Section, To Which Are Added 7 Km Of Connections To The Classic Line At Villeneuve-Lès-Béziers And Lattes, As Well As The Connection To The Nîmes And Montpellier Railway Bypass (Cnm).
