Social Work And Related Services – Debt Assistance For (Former) Entrepreneurs. The Contract To Be Tendered Concerns Entering Into A Framework Agreement With One To A Maximum Of Three Contractor(S) For Carrying Out Specific Activities In The Debt Settlement Process For (Former) Entrepreneurs Within The Participating Municipalities. The Activities Of The Contractor(S) Include: • Verifying And Determining The Total Debt Position; • Implementation Of The Notification, Verification And Restructuring Phase, Parts Of An Amicable Debt Settlement Process; • Guidance Towards A Wsnp Application If Necessary (Preparation, File Construction And Process Guidance); • Coordination With The Zlf On Progress, Bottlenecks And Adjustments; • Structural And Transparent Reporting On Lead Times, Numbers And Results. The Estimated Size Of The Assignment Is Approximately €500,000 Excluding Vat Per Year. This Forecast Is Based On The Efforts, Costs And Working Methods Achieved In Previous Years. The Agreement Is Entered Into For A Period Of Four Years. The Agreement Can Be Extended Once For A Period Of Three Years, Making The Maximum Term Of The Agreement Seven (7) Years. Which Results In A Total Estimated Contract Value Of Approximately €3,500,000 Excluding Vat. This Estimate Is An Indication. In Recent Years, The Zlf Has Received An Average Of Approximately 200 Registrations Per Year For Shvo. About 75% Of These Actually Progressed To Debt Assistance. The Remaining 25% Could Use Alternative Facilities Or Fell Outside The Target Group.
