The Contracting Authority Needs A Port Community System, Further Referred To As The North Sea Portal, That Offers A Single User-Oriented Gateway To The Port Community To Streamline Their (Nautical) Logistics Processes And The Associated Digital Services And Information Exchange. This Port Community Includes North Sea Ports Direct Customers, Service Providers Such As Shipping Agents And Other Stakeholders. The Purpose Of This Tender Is To Contract One Contractor To Provide Services For The Design, Development And Maintenance Of The North Sea Portal. The Assignment Includes The Realization, Management And Further Development Of The Platform. The Realization Is Carried Out As A Results-Oriented Phase With Pre-Agreed Deliverables And Acceptance Criteria. The Realization Phase Is Completed With Acceptance By The Client. The Management And Maintenance Phase Starts When The Platform Has Been Accepted By The Client And Has Been Put Into Production. From That Moment On, The Agreed Service Levels Apply
