The Client Plans To Outsource The Application Support And Further Development Of Its “Hopsys” Fee System As A “Managed Service” To An External Service Provider (Managed Service Provider, Msp). “Managed Services” Include The Outsourcing Of Operation, Maintenance And Further Development; The Contractor Assumes Complete Responsibility For The System. This Also Includes Responsibility For Availability, Stability, Security, Performance, Troubleshooting And Adapting To New Requirements. The Main Services To Be Provided Are: - Operation And Monitoring: Ensuring Availability, Troubleshooting, Restoring Operational Readiness, - Maintenance And Updates: Adapting To The Current State Of The Art, Ensuring Compatibility With The Technologies, Interfaces, It Guidelines And Standards Used By The Client (E.G. Architecture, Security) - Support: Providing 2Nd/3Rd Level Support For Fault Analysis And Sustainable Troubleshooting, - Further Development: Implementation Of New Functions, Optimization Of Existing Functions, Sound Advice To The Client For The Optimal Implementation Of Further Developments, Operation Of A Test System - Quality Assurance And Documentation: Requirements, Test And Change And Knowledge Management. - Technical And Technical Advice: Technical And Procedural Advice And Support For The Client For Problem Analysis, Further Development And Optimization Of The System. Optional Services Include: - Scaling Of The Scope Of Services To Implement Larger Adaptation And Development Requirements - Scaling Of The Scope Of Services For Application Support Of Other Applications Of The Same Tech Stack
