Prior Information Notice For It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support – Technical Support Services For The Fee, Contract And Billing Program System (“Hopsys”) In Südwestrundfunk. The Client Plans To Outsource The Application Support And Further Development Of Its “Hopsys” Fee System As A “Managed Service” To An External Service Provider (Managed Service Provider, Msp). “Managed Services” Include The Outsourcing Of Operation, Maintenance And Further Development; The Contractor Assumes Complete Responsibility For The System. This Also Includes Responsibility For Availability, Stability, Security, Performance, Troubleshooting And Adapting To New Requirements. The Main Services To Be Provided Are: - Operation And Monitoring: Ensuring Availability, Troubleshooting, Restoring Operational Readiness, - Maintenance And Updates: Adapting To The Current State Of The Art, Ensuring Compatibility With The Technologies, Interfaces, It Guidelines And Standards Used By The Client (E.G. Architecture, Security) - Support: Providing 2Nd/3Rd Level Support For Fault Analysis And Sustainable Troubleshooting, - Further Development: Implementation Of New Functions, Optimization Of Existing Functions, Sound Advice To The Client For The Optimal Implementation Of Further Developments, Operation Of A Test System - Quality Assurance And Documentation: Requirements, Test And Change And Knowledge Management. - Technical And Technical Advice: Technical And Procedural Advice And Support For The Client For Problem Analysis, Further Development And Optimization Of The System. Optional Services Include: - Scaling Of The Scope Of Services To Implement Larger Adaptation And Development Requirements - Scaling Of The Scope Of Services For Application Support Of Other Applications Of The Same Tech Stack
