Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Kindergarten Rudná. The Subject Of The Competition Is The Preparation Of An Architectural Design For A New Kindergarten Building In Rudná In The Praha-Západ District, Which Will Gradually Replace The Existing Inadequate Buildings Of The Kindergarten Complex In Ke Školce Street. The Proposal Aims To Create A Modern, Long-Term Sustainable And Inclusive Educational Environment For Children Of Preschool Age, Including Children With Special Educational Needs (Sen). The New Kindergarten Will Be Designed For A Total Capacity Of 8 Classes (Of Which 2 Smaller Classes Are Intended Especially For Children With Sen) With A Capacity Of 200 Children And An Emphasis On Operational And Capacity Flexibility. The Proposal Will Also Include A Swimming Pool For Pre-School And School Swimming Lessons And Organized Courses. The Subject Of The Competition Is Also A Conceptual Examination Of The Possibility Of Placing Municipal Rental Housing Units In A Separate Construction Phase.
