The Subject Of The Order Is Winter Maintenance Of Approximately 320 Km Of Municipal Roads With Mechanical Equipment In The Kobierzyce Commune. A Detailed Description Of The Winter Road Maintenance Standard Is Included In Annex No. 11 To The Swz. The List Of Municipal Roads Is Described In Annex No. 10 To The Swz. 2. The Contractor Should Have A Sufficient Number Of Vehicles Adapted To Clear Snow And Remove Icing From Roads In Order To Ensure The Continuity Of Work Related To The Provision Of Snow Removal Services, The Minimum Requirements Are: - 4 Sets Of Mini Snow Throwers For Narrow Roads And Sidewalks (Plow Or Roller Sweeper, Width From 0.5 To 1.2 M) - 2 Sets: Snow Plow (Medium Plow + Carrier) - 4 Sets: Tractor + Plow + Spreader With A Capacity Of 6-7 Tons - 1 Set Loader Or Backhoe Loader Or Sand Plow - 4 Vehicles For Narrower Roads Blade 1.2 To 2.0 M The Year Of Production Of The Above-Mentioned Vehicles Should Not Be Older Than 2010. 3. Vehicles Used To Perform The Contract Should Be Equipped With A Satellite Equipment Monitoring System (Gps), Based On A Satellite Positioning System, Enabling Permanent Recording, Storage And Reading Of Data On The Vehicles Location And Parking Places, As Well As A Camera With Live Viewing. Spreading Material: For One Season Of Winter Maintenance Of Roads With A Length Of Approx. 320 Km, Approx. 8,000 Tons Of A Mixture Of Salt And Sand (Washed) Should Be Provided. The Proportion Of Material For Sprinkling Should Be: - 30% Salt, 70% Sand 6. The Contractors Material Base Should Be Located No More Than 20 Km From The Borders Of The Kobierzyce Commune And Equipped With Rooms For Storing Materials For The Winter Campaign (Salt And Sand).
