The General Objective Of The Project Rehabilitation Hală Minda - Multifunctional Space Dedicated To Creative Industries Represents The Return To The Urban, Social And Cultural Circuit Of An Emblematic Industrial Building For Reșița - Hala Minda -, Currently In An Advanced State Of Decay And Out Of Use. The Proposed Intervention Aims At The Rehabilitation, Functional Conversion And Transformation Of This Structure Into A Hub Dedicated To Creative Industries, Which Integrates Spaces For Production, Education, Experimentation, Events And Accommodation, Contributing To The Revitalization Of An Urban Area With Strategic Potential. Through This Reconversion, The Project Contributes To The Achievement Of The Specific Objective Of Regional Intervention 7.1.B New European Bauhaus – Pilot Projects, Being Built Around The Three Fundamental Values ​​Of The New European Bauhaus (Aesthetics, Sustainability, Inclusion) And The Three Working Principles (Participation, Multi-Level Commitment, Transdisciplinarity).
