The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of One (1) Medium-Sized Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicle For The Volunteer Fire Department In Łęki Szlacheckie As Part Of The Priority Program Strengthening The Readiness Of Volunteer Fire Department Units - Purchase Of Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicles, Co-Financed By The Provincial Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management In Łódź. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Provided In Appendix No. 11 To The Swz (Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including Minimum Technical And Utility Requirements For A Medium-Sized Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicle). All Requirements Specified In The Swz Constitute Minimum (Technical And Qualitative) Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Necessary Documents Along With The Vehicles, In Particular:  Technical Documentation, Operating Instructions In Polish For The Car Chassis, Fire Protection Structure And Installed Devices And Equipment;  A Current Certificate Of Approval For Use In Fire Protection For The Vehicle (Certificate Valid On The Date Of Receipt Of The Subject Of The Order);  Documentation Necessary To Register The Vehicle As A Special Car, Resulting From The Road Traffic Law, Including The Approval Certificate And Others Required In Accordance With Annex No. 11 To The Swz; The Order In Question Concerns The Priority Program Strengthening The Readiness Of Volunteer Fire Department Units - Purchase Of Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicles, Co-Financed By The Provincial Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management In Łódź.
