Diagnostic Devices – Purchase Poct System For Glucose Measurement Including Devices, Middleware, Reagents And Maintenance. This Assignment Includes The Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of A System For Point-Of-Care Glucose Measurements (Poct) For Patients On The Various Campuses Of Az Delta And The Sint-Andriesziekenhuis Tielt. The Order Includes The Purchase And Supply Of Glucose Poct Devices With Associated Docking Stations, As Well As The Supply Of The Necessary Reagents And Consumables For Carrying Out The Measurements. The Order Also Includes The Delivery, Installation And Configuration Of The Associated Middleware For Managing The Devices And The Results, Including The Necessary Links With The Laboratory Information System (Lis), The Adt Interface For Patient Identification And The E-Learning Platform Of Az Delta And The Sint-Andriesziekenhuis Tielt For User Management And Training. The Middleware Also Includes Maintenance, Updates And Associated Annual License Costs. The Estimated Scope Of The Order Includes The Supply Of Approximately 165 Glucose Poct Devices With Docking Stations, An Estimated Annual Purchase Of Approximately 240,000 Glucose Test Strips And The Necessary Qc Material. These Quantities Are Indicative And May Vary Depending On The Actual Needs Of The Hospital. The Contractor Must Offer A Complete And Integrated Total Solution (End-To-End) That Is Fully Operational Upon Delivery Within The Existing Ict And Healthcare Environment Of The Contracting Authority. This Includes All Necessary Components, Services And Performance Required For The Full Realization Of The Solution, Including But Not Limited To Configuration, Integrations, Connections, Validations, Testing, Installation, Deployment And Operational Support. The Solution Must Be Delivered Without Additional Development, Structural Configuration Or Implementation Work Being Required By The Contracting Authority, Except For The Provision Of Necessary Information Or System Access. All Elements Necessary For The Correct And Complete Operation Of The System, Even If Not Explicitly Stated In The Specifications, Are Deemed To Be Included In The Quotation Price And Are Fully The Responsibility Of The Contractor. Duration: The Maximum Duration Of This Framework Agreement Is 120 Months. Az Delta May Terminate The Agreement Early Each Time One Year After The Start Date Of The Contract, Provided That Notification To The Contractor Is Made By Registered Letter At Least 90 Calendar Days Before This Annual Date. In This Case, The Contractor Cannot Claim Compensation On Account Of This Termination. Nature Of The Obligation: The Contractor Undertakes To Carry Out The Assignment According To The Rules Of The Art And In Accordance With The Provisions Of These Specifications. This Concerns An Obligation Of Means Whereby The Contractor Is Committed To Achieving The Intended Result Within The Foreseen Period
