Eligible Kdn Members Already Have Existing It Infrastructure And Backup, Recovery, Identity And Authorization Management Solutions With Veeam Products. In Order To Ensure The Necessary Maintenance, Support, Expansion And Migration Measures As Well As The Further Development Of The Existing Systems, The Manufacturer-Specific Products And Services Mentioned Must Be Procured Within The Framework Of This Framework Agreement. A Detailed List Of The Products To Be Procured, License Models, Maintenance And Support Services And Services Can Be Found In The Price Sheet (Appendix 1.2). The Contractor Must Have Valid Partner Status With The Manufacturer Veeam For The Entire Term Of The Framework Agreement, Which Entitles Him To Distribute And Support The Advertised Products And Services. Proof Must Be Provided By Presenting A Partner Certificate That Is Valid At The Time The Offer Is Submitted. The Corresponding Partner Status Must Be Maintained Throughout The Entire Contract Period.
