The Municipality Of Achberg Is Planning To Build A New Fire Station With 4 Parking Spaces On Parcel 185/54 On Liebenweiler Straße In Achberg-Esseratsweiler In The Ravensburg District. The Fire Station Will Contain A Vehicle Hall, Rooms For Operations And Training, As Well As Rooms For Training, Residence And Administration, A Workshop And A Storage Room. The Subject Of This Procurement Procedure Is The Procurement Of Total Contractor Services With All Necessary Planning Services From Hoai 2021 For All Required Service Profiles From Hoai 2021 For The Turnkey Construction (Planning And Construction) Of A Fire Station In Achberg. For This Purpose, All Other Planning Services Necessary For The Project Must Be Provided By The Contractor Or A Subcontractor Appointed By Him. This Includes In Particular All Required Service Areas Analogous To Hoai 2021 (Basic Services And Special Services), Such As Property Planning For Buildings And Interiors, Open Space And Infrastructure Planning, Specialist Planning For Technical Equipment, Specialist Planning For Structural Planning As Well As Other Necessary Planning And Expert Services. All Construction Work Must Also Be Carried Out In Full By The Contractor And His Subcontractors And The Premises Must Be Made Functional, Operational And Turnkey. Furthermore, The Contractor Must Provide The Property Maintenance Services Within The Meaning Of Service Phase 9 Analogous To Hoai 2021 (Basic Services Including Monitoring The Elimination Of Defects Within The Limitation Period). The Scope Of The Planning Services Required Or The Service Phases To Be Provided And The Special Planning Requirements Depend On The Property-Specific Circumstances And Variant-Dependent Requirements.
