Bridge And Tunnel Operation Services – Frejus Tunnel Security Agent Mission (2027-2030). The Services Covered By This Contract Are Those Resulting From The Variation For The Fréjus Tunnel Of The Functions Assigned To The Safety Officer As Set Out In European Directive 2004/54/Ec Published By The European Parliament On April 29, 2004, Supplemented By The Possible Road Safety Inspection Function Created By European Directives 2008/96/Ec And 2019/1936/Ec Of The 19 November 2008 And October 23, 2019: In This Context, The Missions Entrusted To The Security Agent Under This Contract Are Divided Between: - A Mission Appropriation Phase - Annual General Mission On The Fréjus Tunnel Corresponding To The Majority Of Security Functions; - One-Off Or Intermittent Missions Corresponding To Reports Or Opinions On A Case-By-Case Basis As Well As Initially Unannounced Working Days, And Working Meetings (Other Than Participation In Igcs And Scs). The Consultation Will Result In A Single-Awarder Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders With The Setting Of A Minimum Annual Amount Of 50,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax And A Maximum Annual Amount Of 200,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax In Accordance With Articles R. 2162-1 To R. 2162-6 And Articles R. 2162-13 And R. 2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code
