The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery (Without Assembly And Commissioning) Of Components Of The Bess Type Electric Energy Storage System With Usable Power And Usable Capacity In Accordance With Annex No. 1A To The Opz (List Of Bess Projects) And Annex 1B (Table Of Contact Points And Responsibilities Of The Mee / Bess / Epc Supplier / Ordering Party). The Contractor Will Provide Complete, Brand New Devices, Prepared For Efficient Assembly And Commissioning By The Ordering Party Or A Separate Contractor, And Will Participate In The Commissioning Of The Delivered Bess System - In Accordance With The Opz. The Agreement Will Be Valid For A Period Of 36 Months From Its Conclusion, Subject To The Contractors Obligation To Comply With The Order Schedule (Appendix No. 1D). . The Contractor Will Provide Complete, Brand New Devices, Prepared For Efficient Assembly And Commissioning By The Ordering Party Or A Separate Contractor, And Will Participate In The Commissioning Of The Delivered Bess System - In Accordance With The Opz. Will Be Implemented In The Following Voivodeships: Greater Poland, West Pomeranian, Lubuskie And Kuyavian-Pomeranian. In Relation To Enea Ciepło Sp. Z O.O. The Procedure Covers One Project For Which Delivery Is Expected In Białystok (Podlaskie Voivodeship). List Of Counties Where Key Projects To Be Implemented Are Located: • Voivodeship. Z O.O.). Due To The Dynamics Of The Investment Process, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change Individual Locations, In Particular In The Event Of Replacing A Given Project With Another One. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Consists Of The Following Documents: 1) Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) 2) List Of Bess Projects, Which Is Annex No. 1A 3) Table Of Contact Points And Responsibilities Of The Mee / Bess / Epc Supplier / Ordering Party, Which Is Annex 1B 3) Order Schedule, Which Is Annex No. 1D The Ordering Party Plans To Deliver Bess Systems With A Total Target Capacity Of 840 Mwh Of Usable Capacity, In Various Power/Capacity Configurations, In Accordance With Annex No. 1A To The Opz, The Ordering Party Guarantees Placing Orders And Purchasing A Total Of At Least 600 Mwh Of Usable Capacity Within 24 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract In Configurations Resulting From The Needs Of The Ordering Party And Annex No. 1A To The Opz. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Exercising The Option Right In Accordance With Art. 441 Of The Pzp, Increasing The Scope Of The Order By 240 Mwh To The Planned Level Of 840 Mwh.
