The Subject Of The Order Is A Class Repair Service To Renew The Class Certificate Of The R/V Oceanograf Ship (Also Called The Unit), Under The Supervision Of The Classification Society Of The Polish Register Of Shipping, Hereinafter Referred To As The Prs Classification Society. 2. A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Renovation Specification, Constituting A Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 6 To The Swz. 4. The Ordering Party Requires A Warranty For The Subject Of The Order Of Not Less Than 12 Months, But The Contractor May Offer A Longer Warranty Period, Taking Into Account The Provisions In Chapter Xvi Of The Swz.
