Road Transport Services – Framework Agreement For The Provision Of Land Transport For Residents Of The Mareuil Sur Cher Medical-Social Center, An Establishment Attached To The Saint Aignan Sur Cher Hospital Center. The Purpose Of This Consultation Is To Provide Transport Services For Residents Of The Mareuil Sur Cher Medical-Social Center, Between Home And The Center. The Nature Of The Services, The Details, The Technical And Quantitative Characteristics As Well As The Conditions Of Their Execution Are Defined In The Specific Technical Clauses. The Services Covered By This Consultation Will Comply With The Laws, Regulations And Approved French Standards In Force. The Framework Agreement, With No Minimum And A Maximum Amount Estimated At 800,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax Over The Duration Of The Contract, Is Entered Into In Application Of Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 To R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 And R. 2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code. This Will Result In Orders Being Issued As And When Required. The Services Will Be The Subject Of A Framework Agreement With Single-Award Purchase Orders (A Single Economic Operator)
