Refuse Transport Services – Municipal Waste Collection In The Territory Of Kaishiadori District Municipality And Their Transportation To Processing Facilities, Services. 1.1. The Object Of The Purchase Is The Collection Of Municipal Waste, Except For Packaging Waste, From Waste Holders In The Territory Of The Municipality Of Kaišiadorių District (Hereinafter Referred To As The Municipality) And Transportation To Transshipment Points And Processing Facilities (Hereinafter Referred To As The Service). 1.2. The Service Includes The Collection Of Municipal Waste, Except For Packaging Waste, From Waste Holders Using Collection Means (Containers) And By-Pass And Their Transportation To Processing Facilities Or Other Processing Locations: 1.2.1. Mixed Municipal Waste (From All Waste Holders); 1.2.2. Biological Waste (From Individuals And From Common Areas); 1.2.3. Biodegradable (Green) Waste (From Common Areas); 1.2.4. Textile Waste (From Common Areas And Bypass); 1.2.5. Bulky (Household) Waste (From Natural Persons By Way Of Bypass); 1.2.6. Construction And Demolition Waste (From Natural Persons By Way Of Bypass); 1.2.7. Hazardous (Household) Waste (From Natural Persons) By Way Of Bypass And Separate Special Means Of Collection (1000 Units). Collection By Separate Means Will Be Carried Out Only When The Necessary Means Have Been Purchased); 1.2.8. Electrical And Electronic Equipment (Household) Waste (From Natural Persons By Way Of Bypass); 1.2.9. Used Tire Waste (From Natural Persons By Way Of Detour); 1.2.10. Ensure The Replacement And Repair Of Waste Holders, Unusable Municipal Waste Collection Devices. During The Provision Of Services, The Damaged Container, Owned By The Administrator, Shall Be Replaced With A Container With The Same Parameters. 1.2.11. Maintaining The Cleanliness Of Shared (Collective) Containers And Container Sites After Emptying The Containers; 1.2.12. Washing And Disinfection Of General Use Containers, Using Biocides That Meet The Requirements Established By The Legislation Of The Republic Of Lithuania; 1.2.13. Installation, Maintenance, Updating Of The Electronic Identification System For Containers And Their Service;
